can someone help me out???? im lookin for a hack that will let you center sigs and do the movin font and glow font. anyone know where i can find that?

By moving font, I assume you mean Marquee.
By glowing font, I assume you mean the IE CSS addition.
Do not use either.

u cant center your sig i tryed it but the code
works fine
