That's why we have a "Chit Chat" forum  . Also, there is no file in UBB6 called ubb_library.pl...they are using the "freeware" version which I don't think InfoPop makes anymore. So this is nothing to worry about.

Hold the phone cheif. I'm not sure who cwm is, but I checked with others in the office, and am told that the background, along with something like 200 smilies, were all downloaded from public domain smilie sites.
If someone e-mails us claiming ownership, I'm sure that we'd either remove it, or offer to pay royalties for it.
Damn, people on this board are nasty!

Hey John, thanks for the heads up. It must be an older freeware storm is talking about, as ubb_library.pl is no longer a part of the ubb. ubb_lib.cgi maybe, but not the other...
There is a 5.47e that's still downloadable that has ubb_library.pl, maybe he was talking about that one...
Just checked, the code in 5.47e is a good bit different in that line, maybe he grabbed an old one then...

That vulnerability was a reported a while back on BugTraq (something like 2 years ago??). It was quickly fixed by IP.
