Everytime I try to install a hack on my UBB, i receive a 500 Server error. At first, I thought it was a mistake in my copy/pasting, but I then found otherwise. Even if i just load up ultimatebb.cgi and save it, without making any changes, i receive a 500 Internal Server Error. I am using a windows box to edit, and the script is running on a linux box. I have tried, Homesite, notepad, and wordpad, and I still get errors. Is there some other way I can edit cgi in windows without it corrupting the files?
