where can i edit the following things in the forum main page?
1)$standard_title_table
2) Legal information at bottom
3)and those category seperator thingis's html?

1) public_common.pl (/noncgi/Templates)
2) ubb_lib.cgi (/cgi-bin) or if you just want to move it around on the page, just look for $Footer in public_common.pl
3) public_forum_summary.pl (/noncgi/Templates)
