don't I see only me on the board with the IP 1270.0.1, the other

Get a better host. Hehe.
I use f2s too. It's the server configuration. Nothing you can do about it. Other than going over to England and changing the server configuration yourself.

They use a very weird server config. So either get a new host or live with it.
