Hi there…
We have experienced some problems when establishing the new fourms using the versoin 6.04 in our ewebsite. We used to use version 5.47d of the ubb code, and now we are using the newer version, which is version 6.4. Actually, we didn’t use the process that was indicated in the help file. Actually, we didn’t use any updating process, we just installed the new version and connected the new (fourms – using version 6) to the old one by using the old folder in the old fourms that contains all of the members information.
WE also did some modifications on the new version (6), and we added the following:
o Who's Online
o avtar picture
o ubb code butoon
o rate topic
But after adding these features and doing all these things, some problems faced us, and we would appreciate your help,,,
Some of the problems:
1-Some of the old members lots their membership, and some of them have been canceld.
2-Some of the old members received passwords for people who are trying to register and that causes some cancellation in the old members field. Just like some old members would receive a password, and at the same time he/she will lose his/her membership, but that didn’t happen so often.
In other word : the problem is :
when I approve a new member , some old members lose them nick name and when they log in with them old nickname they find a new neck name showen in the topics. plus the number of them post is ( 0 )
the new nick name they have now is for the new members how I regester them today .

We would really appreciate your help,,, and we need your help as soon as possible because some of the members now are complaining, and we want to fix these problems by your help.. .
