When I set the refresh rate to '0', the bottom half of the 'Who's Online' page doesn't refresh but the BBtitle graphic keeps refreshing like crazy...
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My bad, I think I wasn't that clear. I don't want the 'Who's Online' page to refresh. So it says to set the refresh rate to '0' to do so. So I did, everything works but for some odd reason, the bbtitle graphic keeps refreshing like every second.
