When I enter my control panel and click the link to change the who's online settings it says: "You do not have permission to access this area"
Does anyone know what did wrong and how I can fix it?

Uhh ... Who's Online or Avatar Hack?
Either way, I bet cp.cgi was hacked incorrectly.

LMAO <~~~~~Dumbass
I meant to say who's online hack in the subject line.
But yeah screwed up on the cp.cgi file.
But now where it supposed to say who's online it only says: "(1)"
And when it shows that a guest is online you can click the link for them (Which is also "(1)" :() and it links to a blank screen.
Do you know what's wrong?
BTW I'm using 6.04e
