well since i want to upgrade to 6.04e from b and not lose any mods i want to use beyond compare.. i fired it up and i checked my noncgi folders and therez a difference in every picture.. am i doing this wrong?

i dont think this is true.. there are many changes i found in beyond compare.. does anyone know a full list of changes?

I don't have ubb6.04b any longer, so I can't check it.
Which version of Beyond Compare do you have?
What are your Beyond Compare settings under View/File Comparison Rules/(Criteria and Miscellaneous)?
