How do i make it viewable that all the ppl can see how many posts under their name like the member #.. i rather have how many posts they've posted instead of member #. thanx

It's in your General Display Settings.

sorry i did not see it in there or i must of misworded exacting what i was looking for.. Under your name it displays your title, then it displays your member # and then your member rated.. i'd like to see number of post in that section..

Nope! General Display Setting won't do it.
What you have to do here is to edit the file public_topic_page.pl (in Template directory).
### FIND ###
$user_status
$member_number
### REPLACE that WITH ###
$user_status
$post_total_line
