about the admin i know if two ways, one is the easiest and that is to go in your cp and then under members go to view/edit member records and then type in their login name or member number and click retreive members now, when it brings up the list of the member you can edit their profile take away their post and right next to that it says Authorized admin? and the no is selected well just select yes and click update information, the other way is to get their member file from the server and open it then change Write& to WriteAdmin& and then change their title from Member or Moderator or what ever to Administrator, save and reupload and they are an admin, but i must caution that anyone you give admin access to can screw you over so only give admin to people you trust.
