how hard is this? what I want to do is instead of /cgi-bin/Ultimatebb.cgi I want /cgi-bin/****/Ultimatebb.cgi and also the template directory? what files do I have to edit to change the paths?
-- reason for this is I'm going to install 2 boards and no I don't have a license for it, its just a test...I'm not keeping both up

All you do is create a whatever folder in your cgi-bin and move all of the UBB CGI files in there. Then set the absolute path in your Configuration Settings. You cannot move your templates folder out of your NonCGI folder.
