How did the foo fighters get their message board to display the persons picture underneath their name on the left??? And how did u get more message icons on this board? And are any of these complicated to do? im not very good at this ubb board thing.

Upload the icons to the folder called icon in the noncgi folder, they have to be named iconXX.gif, replace XX with a number.
Everything is pretty easy to do...

Ok thanx, would i be well out of line if i asked someone to do the Avatar hack for me? i have the files and everything, and the web address of my ubb is http://mlza.co.uk/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi - its just that im getting a good community going and i don't want to muck everything up by trying to make it better.
