I installed most of the who's online hack...first of all i don't know if its' the right hack version for the UBB version im using. im using 6.04e adn the hack in 3.9qa. My problem is that no matter what it only says i have 1 member online and 1 in the last 10 minutes. When i logged on as 2 seperate names in 2 different browsers and it still said the same thing. I also cant find the LOGIN.CGI file to exit that page. Can anyone help me?

You hacked ubb_forum_summary.cgi and/or ubb_forum.cgi incorrectly. LOGIN.CGI instructions are not necessary unless you have the LOGIN.CGI hack.
