I am having lots of trouble with the
Who's Online Style Guide
Written by Qasic with Assistance from Gamer, Borg and AllenAyres

I would like mine to look exactly as yours featured on the front. I have tried many times using the documentation provided but to no aval. Any suggestions or a more detailed way of changing to look like the layout of this ubb would be greatly appreciated.
