I see some sites have this image and next to the Last Post (on the main page) and by the Fourm Description...will someone please tell me how they do it?

In ubb_forum_summary.cgi

Find (2x):
$msg_icon = qq!
&
$msg_icon2 = qq!


Change the SRC to reflect that icon. Clear cache.

So say my Icon is icon.gif..where do I put it?

IE:
from - "$vars_config{NonCGIURL}/icons/icon$.gif"

to - "$vars_config{NonCGIURL}/lastpost.gif"
