well... i added a new customfield, when someone registers on the board, they must enter their AGE. the variable i think is $customfield1

Now... how can i display it on the bottom of the posts, like....

Posts: 5 | From: country | Registered: Jun 2001 | PUT AGE HERE | IP: Logged

I've checked public_topic_page.pl but i can't add it.

Can anyone help?

find this in public_topic_page.pl:

$AuthorExtra $ip_wording

now replace that with:

$AuthorExtra | $user_profile[16] $ip_wording

if that doesnt work post back

I've put $AuthorExtra | $user_profile[16] $ip_wording

Now it says:
Posts: 5 | From: country | Registered: Jun 2001 | 21 | IP: Logged


It won't appear the word "AGE", it only appear the age number itself.

if i add to file:
$AuthorExtra | age: $user_profile[16] $ip_wording

it doesn't work either.
Any suggestion?

ok most likely u should have the vars_wordlets_mods.cgi installed if not get it from Qasic's website i think its Qasic.com

in that file put this:
profile_agefield => "Age:",
be sure to include the "comma"

and now replace:
$AuthorExtra | $user_profile[16] $ip_wording

with:
$AuthorExtra | $vars_wordlets_mods{profile_agefield} $user_profile[16] $ip_wording

that should do it
