Hi, I have a problem with some users' posts.

The problem begins when some users make a post, instead of showing the post with the user's name, it shows the post with another user's name, even if the other user is logged in already. It happened for a few users actually, but it is such a scarry problem, because there is a possiblity of viewing some secret information from the user's profile by a non-authorized user, and also you never know who the other user might be. You might type a post and it shows by an Admin name, which may cause a severe security danger.


i do have (( Ultimate Bulletin BoardTM 6.04 ))
is ther is any thing to do to solve this problem A.S.A.P because our UBB is now out of service :(:(:(

I don't know for certain if this will solve it, but you could try rebuilding all both member & forum stats files in the Control Panel. This has worked for me on misreported postings.

Just so you know. In the 6 version there is Public Name and Login Name.. Login name is used to login to the forums and Public name is used when posting...
