First Post Whey Hey!, Anyway I'm writing a simple picture editor in VB6 and I have 2 major problems firsty I can't seem to find an OCX to convert 32,24,26 and 8 Bit Images into Monchrome I've managed to find code(Hell of a lot of Code!!!) to do this but when its saved its in black+white but under properties its still either 32,24,16,8,4 bit and then windows sees it as a colour bit map which I can't have and also my second problem is when I'm tring to convert 1 picture to the next I need to change horizontal and vertical resoloution which happens on screen but when I save it the Image resizes to the original and therefore its pointless so can anyone help???

This isn't a Visual Basic forum, it's a UBB forum.  I don't think you're gonna get much help from Perl programmers...

I think there is an easy way to make an OCX module do that. To convert 32,24,26 and 8 Bit Images into Monchrome (why?) would be more difficult than it seems. Try a search on google or try at www.vbforums.net (i forgot the url.) Moving to chit chat.
