I don't understand how to get them to show up.....its installed fine and in CP I have Avatar settings....go in and set it all up BUT now I have no idea how to get the pics to show? I uploaded a couple to the avatars directory and the custom directory but they aren't showing up when I go to change it in my profile

.. Ok first, you arent able to see them in the Control Panel. But if you mean in the Profile. You need to make sure the field Picture of yourself or something like it is turned ON. Otherwise it wont work because it uses that field no other.

Check this out and tell me how it works out.

yeah its all turned on in the control panel.......but I'm missing that whole section thats in my first post, so when I go to my profile and it says to select a avatar picture there are only 2 choices:
1: NONE
2: ------------

nothing else, so its not recognizing the pictures that I'm uploading (through ftp) I need that section that I'm missing to tell it that the pictures are there and I don't know why i don't have it

Alright, how exactly did you install this mod? Manually or MHX/SHW?
