Im trying to install it & after I finished I went to my CP to do the settings, but I got this error...

Software error:
Can't locate /home/sites/site57/web/cgi-bin/vars_custom_status.cgi in @INC (@INC contains: /home/sites/site57/web/cgi-bin /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005 .) at /home/sites/site57/web/cgi-bin/cp.cgi line 573. [i]

so i think i need the "vars_custom_status.cgi" file, but I dont know where to get it. In the FAQ for the hack, it said this about it...

[i]Q. The program outputs the following error message: "Access Denied. Access Denied. No permission to write inside ." What does this mean?
A. This means that this directory indicated in must be CHMOD 777 in UNIX or, in Windows, not read-only. If this is a problem, you can also solve this problem by uploading 0-byte files entitled vars_custom_status.cgi (into variables directory), crank.cgi (anywhere you want), crankma.cgi (anywhere you want), cstatus.cgi (anywhere you want), and cranko.cgi (anywhere you want). Make sure that you set the right paths to these files inside the Custom Status/Rank settings area!

Does anybody have any idea what im supposed to do? cuz I dont understand it.

You've hacked this hack incorrectly. Re-hack from known good backups.

yo, it gave me the SAME message again. I made sure I did everything right as it said in the instructions & I still got that. I checked the chmods & they seemed right. what could the problem be?
