Im a newbie bigtime....lol but i want my banner to stay steady while my board scrolls up and down.Someone said earlier to just use a iframe for my board...what i need to know is what is the code for it and where do i put that in my settings?
Please be specific cause like i said im still in the learning stages.

Ok but i need to know what i put in the header...please let me know exactly what is needed to do this.....the code and all.
