I'm getting the error message "vars_wordlets_mods.cgi not installed. Please install it before installing Who's Online." unfortunately all instructions have been followed correctly for installing to a board which already has vars_wordlets_mods.cgi... Can someone please tell me what i need to do if i need to continue with the installation after you go to auto-install and it is unsucessful. or is it something my wordlets file needs changing. Here is the coding for wordlets file

Is the vars_wordlets_mods.cgi inside the Variables directory?

Try running thru the steps of installing it, like you never have before, and see if a part is missing...

Have you actually installed the vars_wordlet_mods.cgi into your UBB?
