I want to add little button at http://www.jeepforums.com/ on the right side above the first table. On the left side of the page on the same line as » Today's Active Topics «
to be more specific

Also on all other pages, same place, but on the other side, same line, as Page: 1 2 ....

What files do I edit and where exactly do I add the code in at?

You'll need to edit ubb_forum_summary.cgi and public_forum_summary.pl for the Button on main page.
