Ok what I wanted to do is to have, instead of the person who started the discussion, the last person who made a post in that discussion.
You guys know what templates I'd need to change and what parts?

I did but I can't find one of the files they list in there (vars_wordlets_mods.cgi)
They list a URL to get it but it's not working....

Just make a new file called vars_wordlet_mods.cgi and paste this code into it.
%vars_wordlets_mods = (
last_reply_by => "Last reply by",
Save it and upload it into your Variables directory and CHmod it to 777.
