I installed avatar hack to my ubb and I can manager it in control panel . But I still can't see my avatar( my picture) when I post topic althought I uploaded it to avatar directory. Why is this??

Make sure you have public_topic_page.pl hacked correctly and you have the Avatar feature turned on in your Avatar settings.
