i get this when i try to start a new topic or reply
Can't open: No such file or directory at /home/public_html/cgi-bin/ubb_new_reply.cgi line 410.
but the thing is that file is there
and ideas?

alright found it open (FILE, ">>$vars_config{MembersPath}/user_posts/$user_number.cgi") or die("Can't open: $!" );
and for new reply the error line is
line 365
chmod (0777, "$vars_config{MembersPath}/$user_number.cgi");
