hello,
i was wondering if anyone knew how to change one of the custom text fields into a textarea. i'd like to add this so people can write an "about me" that's more than one line (and be able to enter line breaks that won't get deleted by the board). i can't seem to figure out how to do this... can anyone help? thanks in advance.

You'll have to make the Maximumlenght longer. How many charecters does the box allow?

i didn't set a maxlength - basically, people can write as much as they want. the problem though, is that i can't put any line breaks (with the enter key) without them being deleted. know how i can fix this?

So like where the signiture field is the box is much bigger? Is that what you meant?

yup. basically i want a box where people can type lots of text and also be able to enter line breaks - entering breaks is the important part. sorry for not being clear the first time around..
