I have installed the hack just as described...

Forum located here: http://rain.prohosting.com/mmcenter/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi

The entire installation program runs and hacks the ultimatebb.cgi successfully....it then trys to hack ubb_new_reply.cgi but accounters an error in line 0 and says you will manually have to hack this file.

Thinking this would still let the script work I entered the Control panel (cp.cgi) and went to the who's online script settings section and the page loaded and said that I wasn't allowed to access this section.

I was just wondering if someone knows how to fix this error or what I need to change in order to use the who's online script.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you

You need to still hack the whole code manually before it will work.

HI WICKED!

I checked your UBB version (which is 6.05) and as suggested by Lord you should manually install the Who's Online hack as I have...This may prevent further complications. Although it's time consuming, there is nothing more satisfying then doing it yourself. smile

I would show you my board but 3 things are stopping me: I'm far from done, I'm embarrased (LOL!) and this is the wrong forum to showcase the board. laugh

THANKS,
PrimeTime

Just a follow up to me re-hacking the board to allow the who's online script to work.

I must say thank you to Lord Dexter and PrimeTime, thank you for the quick response and good answer.

The who's online script now works fully.

Thanks Again smile
