Thanks. I set it up, it works fine, but now my replies aren't lining up properly. The first post in a new thread is perfect, then the replies are shifted to the left. Do you know how to fix this? I tried messing with a lot of the align codes but I guess I dunno what I'm doin'.

I know my Co-Admin posted a hack on how to do this over at UBBDesign but I can't seem to find it now. All I can find is the hack for 6.1.0.3.

HI NICOLAE!

If your new topic and reply topics are not in sync it is due to the codings you did within the table. Whenever coding be specific as possible so the contents know where they need to go...Meaning take use of the "valign" and "align" commands. I suggest also using "valign=top" instead of the default's middle cause it will prevent other problems you may encounter.

If I'm understanding you correctly you want your posts as if it were in separate cells right (not all connected to one after the other)? If this is the case then you don't need a hack for it. I've done it with the help of XPerT from http://www.netwerkin.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi and then modified the public_topic_page.pl file to my liking. In fact I did this with the public_forum_summary.pl, forum_page.pl and public_topic_page.pl files.

Anyway, if I'm off-track then simply ignore this post. BTW...Keep your tables to a minimum whenever possible. More independent tables may cause your pages to appear in odd ways...Unless odd is what you wish to achieve. laugh

THANKS!
