I have followed the directions up to the point where you run the install program, and I get this error
vars_wordlets_mods.cgi not installed. Please install it before installing Who's Online.
I used the one that came with it and I didn't have to make any changes to it, and its uploaded in my CGI Directory. its CHMODed to 755, why won't it install?!?!

Have you installed the readme file too? It doesn't work if you just upload the file to the CGI directory.
