i have read through the readme a couple 10 times, and i'm just not getting anywhere with it.........someone walk me through this one please........i've been able to struggle my way through a few other hacks, but this one is just beyond me for some reason, thanks!!

this is the error that i get!!

Man i told you to read the uploadavatar.pl
But here is what you have to do fist:
Find this:
use Image::Size;
And coment it out like this:
#use Image::Size;
And find now:
$usesizepm = 1;
And turn it off like this:
$usesizepm = 0;
