Ok my last post was about removing the lame things of saying what you can post too, thats right above the forum. Well now there are spaces. How do I get it so that the "moderated by" line is right above the top of the forum? Any help is always good.  thanks.

Its mostly html what you have to remove, but you can also use the custom layout hack (prev next bar) it puts everything in a table...
