I am using Who's Online v2.1b on my 5.x board, and I am wondering just how the Recordbook function works. Does it reset itself intentionally, or is it a bug? For instance, for about two weeks, my record was ten, but now it sits at eight. If you want to see it, I believe I have a link in my sig.

Thanks!

I have the same problem also. Some suggested that if we chmod the online.cgi file in the members directory to 777, the record book will not reset anymore. I don't know if it is true because that file doesn't want to be chmod to 777.

It was a long time ago...edit online.cgi, you will find some code if you search for "record", delete code that pertains to it!

Sorry I can't be more specific.

I'm not totaaly sure, but my bet would be that it has something to do with this routine in ubb_library:

Code
code:

Can anyone confirm/deny that?

The recordbook bug is a legendary one. Not one person has found a solution to this yet.
