Ok.. A moderator deleted a post in a thread.. I don't know how to retrieve it.. Anyone know where this is stored.. And another question is there anyway to take the delete function away from the moderator and not hte admins! ?

if a post has been deleted the its gone!
You would have to ask your web host to restore it from a backup of the previous day if u wanted to get it back.
If you cant trust your moderators with the delete function then maybe they shouldnt be moderators. I dont think there is a hack to do what you require.
