Ok I was wanting to use the active topics hack http://www.arlo.net/ubb/hacks/active.txt
but im not sure if its the one Im after. Id like to be able to call via SSI something similar to the active topics hack that would display a list of Active/Hot topics on my main page, simply showing the topic name and who it was repled by last.

As seen on Spawns Board, next to announcements.
