I am trying to do what the avatar code hack says to do here https://www.ubbdev.com/db/uploads/MasterMind/avatar3.txt
but when it asks me to QUOTE :

" after the mods are finished, goto the cp general vars and set your avatar settings.
allow avatars yes/no
avatar height
avatar width
i suggest 32x32 or 64x64"

I have no avatar settings in there.
I am now really stuffed, does it mean it does not support avatars?

I would recheck your cpanel.cgi(s)
