UBB.Developers Forums UBB.classic V6 Mod Questions Little Help Needed Folks!

Well I am moving server accounts so it didn't produce all the files in the Forum files in the noncgi directory. Whenever I try to post something when u click submist reply a blank screen comes up. And when I checked the forum files the only file in there was forumindex.threads and the style one, and I think there are some files missing? which are they and do I need to manually add them?

Try going to the cp and rebuild indexes and resubmit forum and style settings etc.

Make sure these were done:

-Change absolute paths
-Changed URL paths
-Reuploaded original .CGI thread files (you don't need the HTML)
-Have the BanLists intact
-Rebuild search index

I haven't got the forum files I'm starting with clean forums but with my old files. But I'll try updating and rebuilding forum and threads and see if that works. I'll get back to ya.

I updated syle settings and all my absolute paths and urls are all correct but when I wanna post something all that comes up is a blank page.

I asked my friend what was inside his Forum files and there was a HTML file and a ANNC file. Will adding these manually work?

check the permissions for your $NonCGIURL/Forum$ForumNumber directories, they must be writeable.

I'm gonna try installing it again, and see if it works.
