I do not have the time to learn cgi files and hack my own ubb board. I have a V5 and am in look for a hacker to do a few board hacks. Ohh wow, an admin spot on your board!
Seriously, the hacks tell ou step by step what code to replace, a 5 year old kid could do it. When I started I knew nothing about perl, I was just a cut and paste hacker but now I've learnt the language and write my own mods/tweaks for my board and scripts for my site.
I can't afford a good signature editor

How many hacks do you want on your board? The average hack would take the slowest person 15 minutes, so not much time is required unless you want custom modifcations done which do take a while 
I can't afford a good signature editor

How about if they are long readme modifications. Sometimes can take 20-30 mins with those. But most v5 Hacks are short.

How about this: If you can email me with a few paragraphs form the members only page (thus proving you do, indeed, have a liscense. And I'll just make a copy of my ubb (or a ubb 6 if you prefer) with the requested hacks (and more if you want).
Email me or get ahold of me bia instant messenger and we'll talk about money. I do custom ubb layouts too.

This, I repeat, is a license violation as you are distributing UBB core files.

Yeah even if your UBB is licensed. Copying your UBB and handing it out isn't allowed Me think.
