I did the Mega Mod hack twice correctly and when i upload it, it screws up everything and make everyone and administrator and wont let anyone post. any suggestions on what im doing wrong?

That sounds like one big problem.
It's either you have put the code in wrong or it conflicts with another hack you have installed.

Thats Cause The Maker Of This Hack Made It Without Noing About the permations part i have fixed this part on my but its hard to many changtes so of the thing to change are in the cp.cgi and 1 other but i cant remember what 1 ...
