Hello everyone! My name's cloud4x (as you can see). I'm a new member here the the UBB Dev. Forums and I'm a real newbie at UBB ver.5. I really need some help with a lot of stuff and I also have a lot questions too. If anyone can help me with the following, it would be greatly appreciated!!

[*]How do I add a hack to my UBB?
[*]Can you use avatars on a version 5.x UBB?
[*]If so, how do you get them on a version 5.x UBB?
[*]Which new features in UBB ver 6.x are not available in UBB ver 5.x?
[*]How much does it cost to upgrade from UBB version 5.x to version 6.x?
[*]Can I add new smilies to version 5.x?
[*]If so, how?
[*]Can anyone give me expert help on my UBB (or maybe just become an Admin)?

1. a hack is a modification you can add to your ubb

2. you add them by following the hack install directions and usually cutting and pasting code

4. use the avatar hack, its rather complicated for newbies

5. not much you cant do in 5.xx

7. you can either replace your smilies or add new ones(alot) by doing the smilies cp hack

Where did you get UBB version 5.45b ?

I think most hacks were made for version 5.47.

If Spawn ever gets his board back online you can get hacks there, but most of the links on this site are dead.

most hacks can be modified..

i suggest finding someone who has the same interests as you to help you

I am still on 5.45b. And Spawn has the site up but he hasn't finished it yet and we will be waiting a while.
