I am having a problem I have placed an image on top of my mb ( http://www.animeworldmb.f2s.com/cgi-bin/Ultimate.cgi) ans now there is a black border around it does anybody know's how to remove that?

It's because you have the table background color set to black(#000000). You can change that in the CP under Style Settings I believe.

Do you have anything else in your header it might be affecting the banner.
