I am hoping that someone knows how to do this. So far I can only find people WANTING to do it, but maybe one of you got it figured out.

I set up the poll hack but it's not what I wanted.

I want users to be able to make a poll in their thread, or at least set up a poll that gets listed with the other topics. Then people can vote like that, instead of me just making up polls for them.

Does that make sense?

That hack was never made for the 5.xx series. The only poll hack available for 5.xx is the one where you vote on the Main page.
