Ummmm, on Oct. 13th you posted the same question... CLICK HERE TO READ IT! I have to say that I can't remember if I sent you the file or not...I thought I did...let me have a look...hmmm, can't seem to find it in the outbox. Well, if you want it, you are welcome to it. I made MANY changes to it to work with other scripts...it is pretty involved. Just let me know!!

Here it is.... CLICK HERE!!!!! Now...this is the original hack by JB007 and the original readme is the same...I just added a little info about incorporating "Active Topics" both the GetDaily and the active.cgi. I also made it so if they enter a thread as a result of a search...it increases the counter. Please note at the bottom of the readme there is a note concerning how this works with the redirect hack. If anyone understands what I am saying there and can figure a fix...COOL!!! PLEASE...PLEASE...back up all files....This is working on Prowler Owners Assoc. board...and has been for weeks...and it survived a server move!!! STILL, please take caution and treat it like you would anything else that has the potential to drop your board like a rock!!! (OK, just kidding there a bit...but you get my drift...right?) Thanks to Paul in the UK....I just realized I never finished documenting the changes in search.cgi....so any links resulting from a search of a forum will not invoke the file to increase the counter.  SORRY!!!! I have updated the zip file! Please re-download!

I dunno what I did, but it works in private forums great. The funny thing is I get errors when I click on public forums I tried installing it 3 times and it happens again and again. Do I need something along with this hack ?

I don't understand it, I've installed this hack about 5 times now.
And the samething keeps happening over and over agian, it works fine in the private forums but if I try to go to a public forums I get a server error. I've tried both versions of this hack and get the samething. So I installed the hitscounter by JB007 and it works fine.
Is there a difference between the two ?

Just have time for a quick note...this hack (that I have linked above) [b]IS JB007's!!!) Read the readme file! I just added the functionalilty to a couple more files..to include searches, etc.
