I've been trying to replicate the effect of the UBB6 cookies, but I can't.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me where/when exactly the cookies are set/deleted/changed, and help me to get the hang of it.

Any help you can give me is appreciated smile

Specifically, the cookie that controls on/off forums and red topic folders. The "last visited" cookie.

For example... when you visit a UBB6 forum, you see some forums "on" and some "off". The status of those lightbulbs will not change until you: a) end your browser session, b) logout/login, c) update post indicators (UBB6.1)

I can't figure out how the cookies are set/changed/deleted to make this behaviour work.

If anyone can shed any light on it, I'd be grateful smile
