Wrong forum AND I believe it is against the License Agreement to give out any part of the code. Remove it immediately...

moving to "questions"
Did you use the auto-install file to install this? It appears like you haven't finished the install yet, as it is looking for that sub routine that is part of the install process.

thanks for moving it(you get so used to being able to move topics on your own board, it's frustrating when you can't on others!)
anyway, qasic originally installed it for me and everything was fine, then my host upgraded my server and moved all my files, however they managed to upset alot of the settings and partially disable who's online, qasic had a quick look and said there were a couple of files that were incorrect(ie back to there original configuration), anyway I changed the two files(ubb_forum.cgi and ubb_forum_summary.cgi) and appear to have made a mistake.
now what?

it sounds like you tried to re-install with a different version than the original one installed by qasic... spill the beans

I only edited the two files that qasic said he'd " found the problem. ubb_forum_summary.cgi and ubb_forum.cgi were replaced without the required WOL routines .. perhaps when you moved you forgot to include the WOL code?" as I didn't move the UBB(my host moved it to a better server) I'm sort of lost [ 09-21-2001: Message edited by: [email protected] ]

OK, what version did qasic install and what version did you use to try and re-install?

I tried to install the current version, I'm sure this is the one that was originally installed, am I breaching my license if I mail you the offending files?

You'd probably get faster results with qasic, since he knows his code inside and out better than anyone.
I see you have fresh files back up, why don't you upgrade to the latest beta to get the latest fixes and then add the auto-installer back in?

Hi wando,
As I replied to your e-mail to me, you need a "require ubb_whos_online.cgi" in your ubb_forum_summary.cgi. Were you not able to find this?
Please e-mail me if this is not the case.

You'll need to give us the URL to your board to see if you're qualified.
