did you upload ubb_whos_online.cgi and chmod it to 755?

From the path, it appears he is using NT which does not require CHMOD to be done.
What is statement 565 in the ultimatebb program?
That may help.

ubb_whos_online.cgi was not uploaded as well as cp_whos_online.cgi
