Ok the first step in the mods..Never did anything like this before and I'm not sure what I'm doing. Here's the step:
********************************
UBBCGI.pm (Module Directory)
********************************
FIND:
# $TempFile::TMPDIRECTORY = '/usr/tmp';
THEN:
Change this to relfect a path a directory inside your webserver that is CHMOD 777.
I don't wanna screw anything up, can someone tell me in detail why I'm modifying this file and how to do it without ruining everything? THanks in advance

You don't need to do that unless you're having problems uploading files to the Avatar Hack Control Panel.
