UBB.Developers Forums UBB.classic V6 Mod Questions Possible problem with caused by earlier hack with 6.1.0.2?

I have just upgraded my site to 6.1.0.2 from 5.44b. I had Slurpee's last post hack, the Avatar hack, Smilies, Dave's Who's Online hack, the page splitting hack, and the News Fader in place.

All the hacks of course died with the upgrade. The first problem I found was with the member files and the "Avatar" hack. With the member files as they were, whenever I looked at my "moderator" settings the avatar path showed up where the name should have been. No problem - I just edited ALL the member files and removed the avatar line. Fun.

But here's the problem I still suffer... Moderators when in their own forum show up with the "Moderator" tag. But ADMINISTRATORS NEVER have the Administrator tag.

I'm wondering if this is because of what some past hack did to my member's files. Anyone have a similar experience of know of a solution???

There's a strip extra members field inside UBB Members Area @ Infopop or you can seach the Chit Cha area for CopyCat's script which does the same thing.

Thanks! I ran the program and it stripped the extra gunk of the files...

Only... my administrators STILL do not show up with the "Administrator" tag.... very strange indeed...

Anyone have any ideas?
