I have been running a development board locally for the past couple weeks, and am ready to bring it into production. The thing is, my production board has been up, getting posted to and so forth the whole time. Is there a way to just do a mass upload/upgrade or will the test posts i have been making locally overwrite actual content on the live site?
forgive me for rambling.

If they are the same version, download the cgi files, ultimatebb.php to your harddrive, and upload them over the others. Different versions? Get beyond compare at www.scootersoftware.com.
